ADHD Provision in Sheffield

We want to understand people’s experiences of getting ADHD support, both whilst waiting for an assessment and after diagnosis (whether that is a formal diagnosis or self-diagnosis). To do this, we want to hear from people with ADHD of all ages about what kind of support already exists, how good it is, and what kind of support you wish was available.

This might be support provided by the NHS or the voluntary sector, like charities or peer support groups. This information will be shared with the people in charge of making decisions about ADHD provision in Sheffield, to help them understand what people with ADHD need.

How can you get involved?

There are two main ways you can have your voice and feedback heard for this project. We have a survey which should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete, or you can come and visit us at one of our drop-in sessions.

If neither of these options work for you, please get in touch on admin@sapn.org.uk and we can try to work with you to make sure your views are still captured.
